Chatham mum slams high street takeaway Pizza Fellas after undercooked fried chicken arrives red raw

A disgusted takeaway customer has shared pictures of her order online after claiming her partner bit into a piece of fried chicken to find it was red raw in the middle.
Wendy Pope says she ordered the meal from Pizza Fellas on Chatham High Street as a midweek treat for her daughter.

But when her husband bit into his meal she claims it was still red raw in the middle .
The takeaway disputes this and say it dealt with the complaint promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer and also questioned whether the photo share online was of food from their outlet.

The 26-year-old completed her Masters degree in textiles at the Royal College of Art and by October 1 had launched her own business, Mykor, making hand-crafted interior products.
She creates environmentally-friendly items, such as bowls, vases and coasters using waste she gets from Medway Council and the root of mushrooms, known as mycelium.

Nearly 70 new charges were authorised in on month following investigations by a single Kent Police team.
In total, the Chief Constableâs Crime Squad issued 67 charges during December to suspected criminals for offences including robbery, fraud, theft and burglary.

Many of these have been remanded in custody, ahead of future court dates.
Several offenders were also jailed â including a prolific thief who stole jewellery and mobile phones worth more than £100,000.

Medway is set to receive almost £10 million to help reverse the decline of Chatham town centre.
Minister for High Streets and Rochester MP, Kelly Tolhurst, confirmed the council would receive the grant from the Governmentâs Future High Streets Fund, which will inject £830m into the regeneration of high streets in 72 areas across England.

The local authority s leader Cllr Alan Jarrett welcomed news of the funding, which followed a bidding process. The bid was for more than that but it s another step in the right direction for the regeneration of Medway, he said.
