We now know 58 year old Keith Richardson was the man involved in the officer involved shooting this morning. 10 on your side obtained this photo of richardson. Police say the incident began with a domestic dispute between richardson and his wife at their home on land street. Police say richardson shot and killed Norfolk Police dog krijger.
