Grill chef Oisin Rogers recommends the below for silky and smooth eggs.
1. Crack your eggs into a measuring jug. Season really, really well and whip with a fork.
2. Melt 100g butter per person slowly on lowest heat in the pan.
3. Add the eggs and cook super slowly moving the egg mixture away from the sides towards the centre of the pan with the fork. If it’s cooking quickly at all, take it off the heat. It’s worth doing it dead slow.
4. When the egg is almost congealed, add another 80g of butter and mix it in with the fork.
Greek Honey Cheesecake
There are a number of amazing Greek honey desserts you can enjoy apart from the classic baklava. This sumptuous honey cheesecake with ricotta cheese and cinnamon has a pastry base rather than a crumbly one – easier to eat with your hands!
Firstly, create your pastry base. Add 2tbsp sugar to your flour in a large bowl and add your butter (diced into small cubes). Rub the flour and butter together until it forms a crumb; then, add water one tablespoon at a time and knead the dough.
When the dough has come together and holds, you’re done! Let your pastry rest in the fridge for 30min. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180°C.

During an employment tribunal, Catriona Howie’s former employer, Kitchens by Holloways, argued that the get-together was a last-minute arrangement at a pub after a difficult financial year, and no-one had deliberately intended to exclude her. However, the judge ruled in favour of Howie, who said that the lack of invitation was discriminatory, and pointed out other issues with her maternity leave.
