As we moved forward on march 19th of this year we began to identify those foundational components so that we can meet the needs of those who need to access hospital care and receive high quality care in the state of california and look top utilize the existing hospital foot print, the capacity within a hospital setting and within the large per hospital campus setting to build capacity. In addition to that we look to identify alternative care sites throughout the state. A few months back we talked about the fms, the federal medical stations. We identified locations throughout the state of california to repossession those fms sites that provide capacity up to 2
Bay area. Were starting out this morning just above freezing in napa, we are at 33 degrees, its 45, though, in san jose. Were all feeling the cooler temperatures as you get ready to head out the door, a live look at san jose, mostly clear, we will see a few clouds throughout the next couple of hours. Temperatures staying in the 40s and a slow warm up today. Its not going to be anything like what we had last week. We will talk more about that coming up. Mike, youre starting out with an important road closure. I am. This is not a freeway, but it is a major roadway. Bob redell has been reporting about an issue for folks in livermore, its another major commute route. This is tesla road connecting some folks cutting through between 580 and well, 580. They are avoiding the altamonte pass. There has been a closure from 580 along Corral Hollow to tesla road, its the continuation of the same roadway past well, basically an offroad vehicle particular recreation area. This crash im still finding
Commute. This is not a major freeway but a major part of some folks commute. The roadways are great as far as the Speed Sensors go. Out to the trivalley, this purple section between 580 and tesla road we have this closure of Corral Hollow and a short section of tesla as well. Important because a lot of folks use this to cut the corner and avoid the altamonte pass. If you are going out to the area thats also important but these folks will take eastbound 580, thats not the problem. Were seeing more traffic hitting over toward the march with 205 and coming through dublin and livermore. So far your travel times coming from grant line road over towards 680 seem to be about the same but we will see the slowing where Corral Hollow meets with 580 and folks are having to reroute. The Transit System looks great, the backup at the bay bridge toll plaza has started for the cash lanes and we will monitor that as well. The big question of course will they need a jacket in thats the worse. Yes, it is the worse, when you got to put it over top of your costume. So try to plan ahead for this. I think that it does get chilly relatively quickly. If you have got the little guys, and only out for maybe an hour, shouldnt be too bad. Some sweatshirt weather for sure. I would definitely still layer up, as you head out here this evening, but any of the winds will have you then, too, really say 8 00, 7 30, 8 00 p. M. , the temperatures start to drop off more readily under clear sky know less. So lets take a look at whats happening out there right now. Not heck of a lot.
