staying with a neighbor across the street. but as far as the house goes, it s a complete loss. no injuries to report in the fire. but firefighters are out here trying to get it under control and get remaining hot spots out to go inside and make sure everything is okay. and, again, let s hear from the neighbor who just happened to be at right place at the right time and called 911 immediately when she saw the flames. as i was talking to the dispatcher, the house just blew up into flames. we were able to get the party out. it was an older adult, a young adult and two small children and they seemed to be fine. reporter: so, again, thatfamily who lived in the house, everyone got out safely. we heard from a relative who says that the family lived there are for 30, 40 years. and they were a fixture in the neighborhood. but everyone was able to get out safely. if you live in the area, firefighters expect to be here for another couple hours. so the roads in the area are blocked.

authorities say this could be a massive case involving 100 videos and there could be more victims out there. here and in three other neighborhoods it is very creepy and it scares me. there is growing concern about the personal and invasive crime. this gentleman had been videotaping girls that did not know they were being videotaped. police say this 35-year-old, charles novak, is not only a peeping tom, but he used a camcorder to record new or partially nude women and at least one girl. is appalling and of the allegations are true please first arrested him last year. police say he broke into a garage here. they say he had a camcorder containing nude images. is starting to all matchups, different times he has been seen and all the different evidence that has come forward. a search of his town house turned up more explicit videos and a plastic bag containing women s underwear. in one case, the videos showed views inside an underage girls bedroom. it is scar
