lindsey mastis has the latest. it was a 20-foot sailboat that capsized and likely sank into the chesapeake bay. moments later, one of the victims called 911. this cell phone call came from one of the occupants of the boat who was then in the water. rescuers from all over worked together and pulled the first victim from the water. a 25-year-old woman. she is doing okay. she has been transported to the medical center for hypothermia. then they pulled out a 40- year-old man. he was not conscious. he was under cpr at the time. another young man about 25 years old is still missing. the fire department dive team has supported a sonar unit and they are actively searching the bottom of the bay. there s been no sign of the victim since the boat capsized around 2:00 in the afternoon. crews launched their rescue boats from here at sandy point state park. they searched for hours until it got too dark. the captain with anne arundel fire says the missing man is presumed d
