up to 80. look at that for a moment. you know what, just listen to it. 80. 80. 80. now 80 is not a speed you should be doing on the highway. let s see what you should be doing on your commute. we have the left lane and shoulder blocked due to an injury accident on southbound 95. traffic does get by to the right. police are also still on the scene of an accident in the lutherville area at balona avenue and norman avenue. traffic looking pretty good around the area here on the beltway. no problems on the outer loop. inner loop lanes looking pretty good. her on the opposite corner on the southwest side at frederick road, traffic moving at speed or above speed. no problems on the 95, as we check our drive times this morning, all in the green for the most part. building volume on southbound 95 to the beltway. that will take you 4 minutes. the outer loop looking good. that s a 6 minute trip and on the harbor tunnel throughway, it will take you 6 minutes to make it from the 95 spl
58 miles per hour on the j.f.x. and building in volume. we do have an accident still reported. greenspring looking very good. as we switch over to 95, the accident is reported southbound 95 approaching aberdeen and blocking the left lane. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. two baltimore city firefighters are recovering from injuries. a fire started about 11:00 p.m. last night on north patterson park avenue. the firefighters are listed in serious but stable condition this morning. global law enforcement is now stepping up efforts to curb this trend. jennifer franciotti is live at city police headquarters with that story. the most recent case of animal abuse involved a puppy that was beaten to death on a golf course. the animal abuse task force was formed last summer. several police districts have implemented a training program for officers on animal abuse. all districts will soon take the training. the sheriff s office is being more proactive against animal crue
