Teachers in a struggling district decide to put their paycheck aside in order to start the school year on time. Good evening, im jessica dean. Im ukee washington. The Chester Upland School district is in the middle of a budge crisis but today teachers and support staff voted to keep the classrooms open despite not getting paid.
