Eyewitness News Reporter Natasha Brown has been following this story all afternoon and joins us live, from bell a vista with more, natasha. Reporter dunkin rounds of medford lakes, new jersey turned himself into authorities today and facing seven felonies as it relates to the Sexual Assault of a fiveyear old girl and fiveyear old boy left in his care. There was an email a week or two ago saying there was an investigation but, yeah, i didnt know it was this serious. Reporter disturbing news, learning of the Sexual Assault of two, fiveyear old children at sprouts preschool in the 600 block of south ninth street, owner of the center, five threeyear old dunkin round has been charged with rape, Sexual Assault, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse and endangering welfare of the child. Fail Police Special victims unit say at salt happened on multiple occasions at the preschool and they say dhs got involved and began an investigation on july 25th when the children began behaving differently, investigators also say they found physical evidence at the scene. On the 25th we conducted the forensic interviews at philadelphia childrens alliance, at that time, both children disclosed they were indeed sexually assaulted by the offender. He should be castrated and spend the rest of his life in jail if not worse. West of i95, this rain wrapping up but we still do have these stronger cells, that are moving their waye at 25 to 30 miles an hour closer to the coast especially ocean county down toward atlantic county, Little Egg Harbor knocking on the door for you, heavy rain over mulika and this rain will start to push itself closer to our shore points. Brigantine could be dealing with heavy rain, lightening, gusty wind looking at 6 45. Cape may county starting to see light rain, on our Northern Edge but still quite a bit of rain up wind that could be building in as we head in the next hour, still some storms over delaware bay right now stretching in delaware, in the eastern side of dover, probably hearing rumbles of thunder. We will keep an eye on these cells moving out of del marva tracking eastbound for portions of new castle, kent county, Sussex County over next couple hours but trend will be for this rain to start wrapping on up and we are seeing that in philadelphia right now, parts of the south jersey still dealing with moderate rainfall in burlington and camden counties but that will trend to scale back as we see over next hour. Temperatures a reflection on of where we have seen that rainfall, 71 in philadelphia, 71 allentown, still up at 81 where we have in the seen rain in wildwood, comfort index they dew points elevated in the middle 60s. We have had a steam factor and all this rain, certainly will feel steamy as we head in the evening hours and overnight tonight they storms wrapping up dissipating a lingering shower possible low temperature of 72.
