You have to report events down to the site level. We are investing heavily in Data Management systems. It is hard to steal money if you have to show results. It is much easier if you say, i did some things. It is drilling down that accountability to the site level, and then we have layers of investigative approaches that look at how every dollar is used. The reality is sometimes, it does go in the wrong place, but we find it collectively, and then we bring people to justice. Weve been running the trade deficit, not because the medical Device Industry, theyve been part of the solution to that challenge of the trade deficit. And here in the Public Policy world, a tax has been assessed on that industry. It just doesnt make sense. I just want to close by once again mentioning my admiration and appreciation for mr. Paulson who has been a leader on this issue. Weve got the 260 cosponsors on this bill. Weve got the votes to pass this. The Senate Earlier this year, during consideration of their budget resolution, in more of a symbolic vote, but on medical device tax, had a bipartisan majority come together as well to suggest we should get rid of this tax. For all the controversy that dominates washington today, for all the partisan bickering, for all the polarization, for all the gridlock, here we have an issue where we all agree its the right thing to do.
