GURDASPUR: Four days after airdropping of arms and ammunition in the border areas of Gurdaspur, Border Security Force (BSF) again spotted two drones, believed to be originated from Pakistan, flying over the Indian skies along the international border with Pakistan on the intervening night of December 23 and 24. According to highly placed sources, the drone movement was observed for one and two minutes respectively over the border villages of Rosse and Chandu Wadala. The first drone sortie was seen from 12.35 am to 12.36 am while the second drone sortie was recorded from 1.07 am to 1.09 am. While confirming the spotting of the drones, BSF deputy inspector general, Gurdaspur sector, Rajesh Sharma informed TOI on Thursday that as soon as BSF troops spotted the movement of cross border drones they opened fire following which the drones flew back to Pakistan.
