Synopsis
The lawyers said that the siblings are the only heirs to Rajiv s estates after his divorce in 2003.
HC has asked Randhir Kapoor (L) and Rima Jain (R) to make reasonable efforts to locate and submit the divorce decree of their late brother Rajiv Kapoor (C).

MUMBAI: The Bombay High Court on Monday sought an undertaking from actor Randhir Kapoor and his sister Rima Jain that they would make reasonable efforts to locate and submit the divorce decree of their late brother Rajiv Kapoor. Justice Gautam Patel was hearing a testamentary petition filed by Randhir and Jain for letters of administration to the property and credits of their brother Rajiv who died intestate on February 9 this year.

Times of India reported that Kapoor Jr, popularly known as Chimpu, suffered a heart attack. His eldest brother Randhir rushed him to Mumbai s Inlaks Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival by the doctors.

TOI, saying, I have lost my youngest brother, Rajiv. He is no more. The doctors tried their best but could not save him. The youngest of the Kapoor brothers, Rajiv was known for his performance in the 1985 film Ram Teri Ganga Maili , Raj Kapoor s last directorial venture. His last on-screen outing as a hero was in Zimmedaar . In between he starred in a few films which didn t fare too well at the box-office.
