The police have put barricades to stop the protesters from protesting and reportedly when the protestors tried to breach the barricades, the police nabbed them.
According to reports, residents in Hatigaon, Chandmari, and Zoo Road, including other areas of the city are facing trouble in conducting their regular business.
The victim is a class 10 student and the incident took place in Chandmari s Bhaskar Nagar. The accused spiked the victim with some drug and then allegedly raped her.
