South Korean brand Daewoo has entered the Indian consumer electronics market through licensee partner Kelwon Electronics & Appliances. Kelwon plans to invest approximately INR 300 crore ($40 million) over the next three years. The company will introduce Daewoo products in the energy and power, and consumer electronics sectors, adopting a twin brand strategy.
