Chelsea’s Under-19s will face FC Salzburg in the round of 64 of this year’s European competition.
Andy Myers’ team will host the Austrian youth side in early March with full details of the fixture to be announced in due course.
It will be the first meeting between the two teams in the competition and Salzburg will travel to England as current domestic champions in Austria, one of last season s competition semi-finalists, and 2016/17 Youth League winners.
With a changed format, the UEFA Youth League returns at the round of 64 stage, with single-legged knockout ties to decide which teams progress to the round of 32.
