Condition after being pulled out of a house fire. How other family members were able to escapes. Im Claudine Wong in for tori campbell. A grandmother is in Critical Condition at this hour after a house fire in san jose. That fire started just before 9 00 this morning at a home. Janine de la vega is there live and spoke with the family members who were inside the house. Janine . Reporter claudine, family members are very upset about what happened and they are emotional drained. I spoke with the grande son inside the house grandson inside the house. He said the smoke filled up so quickly, he couldnt see in front of him. He managed to escape. Crews are watching for hot spots. When firefighters arrived to the home on commodore drive off jackson avenue, they saw a column of smoke and heavy flames. They received a 911 call from people inside at 8 40. Who told them they had smoke up to their knees and two men were able to escape. But a woman in her 70s, the grandmother, she was trapped inside
