The Hot Springs Area Cultural Alliance announced Tuesday it is expanding the Art Springs two-day juried art festival, which takes place during the opening weekend of the 10-day Arts & The Park: Art & Soul festival, to include the Malvern Avenue Entertainment District.
Art lovers − expert, casual and novice − will pack Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park this weekend as the area's top talent will showcase their works for the 53rd year.
