Bills will grow about 11.5%, or about $9.90, per month for a typical customer effective Aug. 1, the PUC said. The bulk of the increase 80% was driven by federally regulated transmission costs that are out of the PUC s control, so the panel opted to delay part of the costs until next year, said Chairman Philip L. Bartlett II.
