Littleton residents resist housing development December 20, 2020LITTLETON Despite rising COVID numbers, a significant number of residents attended last week s Littleton Select Board meeting at the Opera House to voice concern about a potential housing development. Although the original purchase of the lot in 1995 for $113,000 required voter approval by warrant article, legal advisers said the Select Board didn t need to repeat the process for a sale.
