Around 6 30, police say a man was paying at the man booth at the 5th and Mission Garage when someone came up from behind and shot him several times in the lower part of his body, prompting police to close off all entrances and exits to the garage. We took all the public outside of the parking garage, and we used our Tactical Units to do a systematic church floor by floor to check all the vehicles and the parking garages to make sure that the subject wasnt still outstanding and on the loose.
