The process for this afternoon, i would like to turn it over first to superintendent matthews and the staff who will start out with a presentation. I will then open it up to Public Comment and depending upon how many speakers we have requested, i will also put a time limit in case, again, really wanting the purpose of todays meeting to have dialogue amongst the commissioners.
