Kandiyohi County and the city of Willmar did not fare well in Gov. Walz’s bonding bill announcement on Tuesday. None of the local projects requesting state bonding funds were on the governor’s list.
The Minnesota House Capital Investment Committee visited Willmar on Tuesday to gather information about three local projects requesting funds from the biannual bonding bill.
