Can. We also always put language in there, if something is not working, we can go back and revisit it and clean it up, and we do a lot of that as well. So, we do our best, we perfect know, we love input and the biggest problem we have sometimes with some of these policies and procedures, we dont get enough even though the staff do an amazing job, its hard to get peoples attention on everything, and the consequences of some of the decisions we made.
