Another plan, considered by omalley would raise the gas tax. Its something he tried last year when gas hovered over 4 a gallon. Hes hoping for more success but in the all legislators agree. Lets see if the money is necessary. Im not for a gas tax or sales tax at this point. What we need to do is start spending the transportation dollars on the things that were allotted for.
