Outdoor businesses like nurseries and landscaping will be back in business. Also, day care, summer camps, other programs for children whose parents cannot work from home, but the centers may not have more than 12 children. Reporter across the city, there are construction sites that are just about abandoned with crews just having a few hours to secure them before they had to leave. Getting them back up and running again is going to be a little bit more complicated. Something as simple as getting construction crews back onsite isnt simple anymore. How you queue up to get into the buildings, elevators. You can only get three or four people in an elevator to practice the social distancing.
