Down south near the junkins fire, the winds are calmer this morning. Currently were in the 30s and 40s around town. Some spots in the 20s. Injuries. The other person unknown injuries. But definitely serious for that person. Both of the occupants in this vehicle lived. There were a couple of cars that stopped by earlier this morning. We werent sure initially if they were involved in the accident. We were told those were bystanders who stopped to see what they can do. A lot of response because the car did catch fire. I did ask about alcohol or drugs, if that was involved. Its unknown at the time, at this time if alcohol or drugs were involved, but speed definitely a factor into this crash. I did ask as well if they knew anything more about the injuries or why this happened. So far theyre investigating and officials are working on clearing the scene.
