A man accused of inciting a riot and reckless endangerment is the newest addition to the Metro Nashville Police Department's list of "Top 10 Most Wanted" fugitives.
An overnight investigation into an 11-month old’s apparent fentanyl overdose in Middle Tennessee led to the arrest of the girl’s father, 27-year-old Aras Babiry, who is charged with aggravated child endangerment and drug/paraphernalia possession.
Mr. Babiry reported that his daughter had pulled a piece of paper from a bathroom garbage can and placed it in her mouth. According to Nashville Metro Police, she had white residue on her lips and was having difficulty breathing.
