Morehead State University has announced details for the upcoming Spring Commencement. Two commencement ceremonies will be held for spring and summer graduates on Saturday, May 14, in the Academic-Athletic Center (AAC).
For the first time in two years, students were able to gather in-person to showcase their academic research to the Morehead State University campus community at the 16th Annual Celebration of Student Scholarship. It took place on the third floor of the Adron Doran University Center (ADUC) on Wednesday, April 27.
Dr. Scott Davison, professor of philosophy and interim dean of the Caudill College for Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences at Morehead State University, has published two new books touching on different aspects of faith and philosophy.
The Annual MSU Art and Design Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Thesis Exhibition opens Wednesday, April 27, at the Golding-Yang Art Gallery in Morehead State's Claypool-Young Art Building. The gallery will hold an opening reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Masks are optional. The exhibit will be on display until Wednesday, May 11.
Morehead State University's Department of Music, Theatre and Dance will present its third production of the 2021-22 theatrical season with a production of Rebecca Gorman O'Neill’s "Lucia." The play takes place at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays through Saturdays, March 31-April 2, and April 7-9. There are matinee performances at 2 p.m. Sundays, April 3 and 10. All performances are in the Lucille Caudill Little (LCL) Theatre in Breckinridge Hall.
