The Culinary Celt, north Cork s Cathy Fitzgibbon, has contributed to a book series for millennials which focuses in the role that food can have on positive mental health. Wellbeing is the core theme of the recent addition to the Book Hub Publishing Group s Mental Health for Millennials book series and Cathy has contributed a culinary chapter to this fourth volume of the book series, adding to her input in the series previous volume. Cathy feels that lock-down is an opportune time to get the message out about the important role of food on wellbeing Her brand, The Culinary Celt , was born out of her love of food and nature and her desire to share knowledge and back to basic truths about food.
