County along i95 southbound lanes approaching 413, theres still some late running construction out here taking out the right lane and you can see people coming southbound through Bristol Township are starting to tap the brakes as they funnel into that left lane to get by the work zone headed toward 413 and woodhaven road. Farther south overnight work by girard avenue has cleared but on the northbound side theyre still wrapping things up between the vine and girard. They have reopened the ramp from the northbound side at cottman avenue. There was a ton of construction overnight. We also had several accidents including one involving a Police Cruiser in southwest philadelphia, bartram at holstein. Im hearing that just cleared out. As did the one in Upper Providence along 29, collegeville road at park avenue by the Sovereign Bank but we still have one on 422 westbound approaching Armand Hammer boulevard causing a little slowing there because a lane is blocked and one more crash is in Cape

Philadelphia yesterday. Police say he realized the car might have been involved after watching a news report. Police questioned him and his girlfriend and let them go. Police are now looking for a 19yearold relative of hers who they believe was behind the wheel at the time. The driver took off after hitting rivera and her twoyearold son david alycia. He died yesterday morning. She was released from the hospital and returned to her grandparents home yesterday. The accident happened right in front of the home. The sidewalk there is now the scene of a growing memorial for david. Police are still looking for the driver of this car and say the owner and his girlfriend are cooperating. Theyre devastated and upset but theyre cooperating and being very helpful in the investigation. Reporter the police have gotten a search warrant for that car.
