As you can see, were expected to open down to the tune of 80 points for the dow. 10 points for the s p. And 27 for the nasdaq this morning around half a percent of declines expected. We look at the tenyear treasury note, which of course had paused its rise recently and now is closer to the 1. 6 handle up near 1. 7 a couple weeks ago. Developing story from west philadelphia. A man was shot and killed inside a barber shop. But tonight police say the shooter may have done the right thing. This is all happening inside the barber shop on north preston street. Randy gyllenhaal joins us live from the district where the police are questioning the shooter. Officials say it looks like he was trying to protect the people inside . Reporter they say he may have saved a number of lives inside this barber shop. The man turned himself in here at the 16th District Police headquarters. Police are investigating whether this was a case of selfdefense.
