Del City s Casa Juanito restaurant is right on time for the nostalgia and enchiladas Dave Cathey, Oklahoman Replay Video UP NEXT DEL CITY  The sign outside Gumaro Lopez s restaurant bears the name Casa Juanito, but below the name the sign reads: “The Sanchez Family.”  Why would a restaurant owned by someone named Lopez since 2006 do that?  “It’s the tradition,” he said. “We love this. The only thing I changed when I took over was what I have to because it s falling apart.”  When the COVID-19 pandemic arrived, the Lopez family banded together to seek answers, which they found in one another. It s been a long, difficult time for the restaurant that turns 40 this year.
