Casa Bonita reopens after closing down food service during 2020 after its owner at that time, Summit Family Restaurants, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
Casa Bonita, Denver’s beloved Mexican-themed restaurant, is aiming to re-open in May 2023, according to a video announcement made by owners Trey Parker and Matt Stone, creators of the show South Park.
