It is with so much sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of our father, brother and dear friend, Jack “Raleigh” Robertson, 63, who passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 at his home in Rock Springs, Wyoming. He was a life-long resident of Rock Springs.
Jack was born on June 25, 1957, the first child born to Delbert and Shirley Robertson.
He attended schools in Rock Springs and graduated from Rock Springs High School in 1975. After graduation, he went on to the University of Wyoming where he obtained his Bachelors of Finance Degree.

Jack was employed with Rock Springs National Bank for several years.
An intimate ceremony was celebrated tonight for the graduating class at Black Butte High School in the Western Wyoming Community College gymnasium.
Administrators, teachers and staff bid farewell to 30 students in front of friends and family as each student got to choose who handed them their diploma. They also got to write a brief synopsis of their time at Black Butte and their plans for the future read to the crowd by BBHS art teacher Shari Kumer.
Following a brief introduction by Principal Bryant Blake, the commencement address was delivered by most improved senior Carson Robertson. He spoke of his love for the school, his friends and the faculty that helped the Class of 2021 achieve this milestone in their young lives. Robertson’s commencement speech was followed by a slide show of all the seniors through the years.
