The Carroll County Arts Council announced its 17th annual PEEPshow to be held Friday, March 22 through Monday, April 1, at the TownMall of Westminster.
Christian Twamley’s “Something’s Wrong with that Oy’s medulla Oblongata” was voted the audience’s number one favorite and grand prize winner with a total of 4,814 votes at the Carroll County Arts Council’s 15th Annual PEEPshow at the TownMall of Westminster.

The 15th annual PEEPshow, hosted by the Carroll County Arts Council, opened Friday at TownMall in Westminster. Sculptures, dioramas, mosaics and even videos, all crafted from or inspired by PEEPS®, are now on display through April 18 at a space next to Boscov’s inside the mall.
Artists are prepping for the annual PEEPshow, to be held April 8 through 18 at the TownMall of Westminster, showcasing numerous marshmallow masterpieces, such as sculptures, dioramas, mosaics and even videos, all crafted from or inspired by PEEPS®.
