january 16th, 2008, 18 months after tori and baby dean were murdered, a very long investigation paid off. dennis potts and his best friend, max corn were arrested. dennis charged with the murders, max charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice . it would be another 18 months until dennis potts went to trial. his attorney, carrie armstrong, says, his client is guilty only of not being ready to be a dad. mr. dennis potts now admits having eight those faked tests.
