“Beauty and the Beast” is back, this time as an Area Stage Co. production in the Carnival Studio Theater at Miami’s Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The beloved story, which runs through Aug. 28, is a classic, but that doesn’t mean it has to be produced in a traditional way.
