Its a mouthful, but this is the heart of it, asking voters whether pot use should be expanded into new or existing businesses as long as it gets the neighborhoods approval. Now the supporters of the proposal delivered 10,800 signatures to the denver businesses to provide a space for people 21 and over to consume marijuana and marijuana related products out of view from the public.
