A Police Sergeant is standing out on the road speaking with another officer, when out of nowhere, police say a drunk driver plows into the sergeant, sideswiping him and tossing his body down the street. He suffers a broken collarbone and head injuries, while police say that drunk driver hits the gas and tries to run away. This just in from Philadelphia Police. They have made an arrest.
