Charles clifford joins us live tonight near where it happened with new information we are just learning. A man who was fatally shot in unincorporated hayward this afternoon was pushing a stroller with a 3monthold infant inside at the time, a spokesman for the Alameda County Sheriffs Office said. Sgt. Ray kelly said the shooting, which occurred in the 200 block of Willow Avenue at about 3 p. M. , was pretty disturbing. Kelly said deputies who responded to the shooting found a man on the ground suffering from gunshot wounds and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Kelly said investigators, who are canvassing the area to gather evidence, will be looking at whether the victim was targeted. He said, when someone is shot while hes pushing an infant in a stroller its a little concerning. Kelly said the infant is safe and is in the custody of sheriffs deputies. The victims identity has not been released. Authorities are trying to determine if the victim was the babys father and are also trying
