That burned during intense winds and prompted evacuations. The fire marshal said a transformer failed sending sparks into the brush and igniting spot fires across town. The kincade fire is now fully contained, though it will still be a while before the fire is out completely. It burned nearly 78,000 acres and destroyed 174 homes. All evacuations have been lifted. However, a Public Health order is still in place in Sonoma County because of the Hazardous Waste left by the fire. Count
