Authorities say that unexpected erosion in an emergency spillway threatens to unleash uncontrolled floodwaters from the dams massive reservoir. The officials have been releasing controlled amounts of water through another spillway to prevent further erosion. They plan to drop large rocks from helicopters into the spillway to help stop it. 70 miles south of the oroville dam, the states capital, californias governor issued an emergency order to help coordinate the responding teams. Similar charges hes now facing more than five years after his fathers arrest. Jerry sanduskys 41yearold son stood by his father throughout the sexual abuse trial in 2012. On that monday, jeffrey faced his own charges arrest and accused of attempting to entice two teenager sisters into sexual acts. Prosecutors say Jerry Sandusky solicited naked photos from a 16yearold girl last year and asked the girls oldest sister for oral sex back in 2013 when she was just 15 years old. The teenager victims are the daughters of his then girlfriend who he lived with at the time.
