Phil Murphy Monday signed a law that will allow more community hospitals to perform non-emergency angioplasties, the routine, artery-clearing procedure that is a reliable revenue generator in New Jersey’s competitive health care market. Elective angioplasty is not available in seven of the state’s 21 counties, the law’s sponsors said. “All New Jerseyans deserve easy access to procedures that can prevent serious illness or death, no matter where they live,” Murphy said in a statement after signing the bill, (A1176)

She wore a beautiful, elegant, strapless ivory gown covered in lace with beautiful small bead throughout. The gorgeous long lace train was the cherry on top for this beautiful gown.
