And now, it is only blocking one lane, the left lane of the westbound side of the ben franklin bridge. Cars are getting by. You can see out there and traffic is moving along quite nicely. That one lane is blocked due to the overturned tractortrailer. And as the volume increases, that one lane is going to cause some delays and some problems. Were keeping an eye on this.
