The guy got out and wobbled a little and another pedestrian had set him on the ground. The entire front ebbed of that vehicle was underneath that pile of bricks, so as this tow truck removes that vehicle, of course, they have to do it gingerly to make sure that pile of bricks doesnt come tumbling down this.
