The boy was learning to swim the day it happened . Reporter thats right, Boston Police tell us earlier in the day kaiser will his been here in the water on carson beach. A camp counsellor was with him holding him up as he kicked his feet trying to learn how to swim. This was just unfortunate tragic accident. Reporter three days after the death of 7yearold kaiser willis, Boston Police announced the dorchester boy had died of an accidental drowning tuesday at the city run day camp at south bostons Curly Community center. Fortunately that particular day one of the counsellors was trying to teach him to swim. Reporter commissioner bill evans outlined the timeline that afternoon.
