Watching rain in your friday forecast, an inch or more in the cape and islands but that Hurricane Joaquin track as of 5 00 this morning 200 miles off of nantucket. So, yes, staying out to sea, but, again, still a couple of things i am going to go over with you that i want us all to be aware of upper 40s to lower 50s. The cape, the islands, the south coast. Boston running mostly dry and one or two sprinkles through the morning commute. 8 a. M. , the bulk of that rain. Look at the temperatures, barely moving again today. J. C. we turn now to the weather with a little bit of rain already moving in. But there are some heavy downpours and a lot of wind coming in. The worst comes overnight . Harvey it could be into that morning commute for some of you. A little patch of rain came through. It is offshore. It has just been a little bit on the damp side. Nothing will big has happened yet. If you look down towards new york city, we see heavier downpours. That extends all the way down to philadelphia. First. Then eventually us. Danielle, take it away. All yours. Danielle we do have snow still ongoing at this hour. You can see especially for you folks along the cape and the islands, but everybody else mess. We picked up quite a bit of snow depending on where you live. Now on the cape and East Falmouth picking up 15. 3 inches of snow. On the vineyard about 15 inches of snow and still snowing for you folks there. So you may add a little bit more to this number. As far as in plymouth, about 8. 5 inches of snow. In boston this is at about midnight 6. 1 inches of snow. It got as far north as tops field seeing three inches of snow there. We do still have the winter storm warning for our coastal communities along the south coast as well as the south coast of even parts of southeastern mass and the islands.
