And well into tomorrow as well you see the rain though a fairly light scattered showers around much of the bay area but head further south its a different story in fact that rain really has been coming down to the moderate base limits gilroy and into the Santa Cruz Mountains, when morgan hill youre just getting pummeled right now with some very heavy rainfall. Some of the rain rates over the mountain tops there were looking at over 3 inches per hour that is a flooding type of rain that youre going to get in there you go over 3 almost 4 inches of rain per hour with that cell thats moving through there that has been a slow mover indeed

But a Flash Flood Watch is in effect that curation orders and warnings remain in place near the burn zones in san mateo and santa cruz counties see her on the map the areas shaded in yellow are under evacuation warnings. The areas in red have evacuation orders in place. Is rain and snow knocked out power for more than half a million pg e customers in northern california.
