Wanting to bring some conveniences back to their community, Bonnie Curtis and Clyde Baker, both southern Vermont natives, decided to change âwouldnât it be nice,â into âisnât it nice,â by purchasing the property on the corner of Old Mill Road and Sunderland Hill Road in East Arlington.
