As India reacts to Khalistan threat by confiscating the properties of Canada-based Khalistani terrorist and Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) chief Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, two groups in the Canadian Sikh diaspora have urged Canada’s political parties to present a united front on India.
Several members of the Five Eyes, an intelligence-sharing network that includes the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, reportedly raised the June killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in British Columbia with PM Modi, the Financial Times reported.
Canada had collaborated “very closely” with the United States on the intelligence that showed possible involvement of Indian agents in the killing of a Pro-Khalistani leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
